Sterilise before use
Before first use and at the end of each cycle, sterilise the disc by placing it in boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Allow it to cool and dry completely before storing in the breathable pouch.
Tip: Use a dedicated pot or a steam-steriliser. Ensure the disc doesn’t rest on the bottom of the pan (a whisk or steaming basket helps prevent scorching).
How to use
- Wash & prep: Wash your hands with soap and water.
- Fold: Pinch into a narrow fold you can comfortably insert.
- Angle: Aim back and down toward your tailbone.
- Seat: Let the back rim rest in the vaginal fornix.
- Tuck: Secure the front rim behind your pubic bone so it stays put.

Warnings & safety
- Ensure the disc is positioned correctly with the front rim tucked behind the pubic bone.
- Consult your doctor before use if you have any medical concerns, are postpartum, or have a history of TSS.

- Avoid use if you’ve previously experienced TSS unless advised by your doctor.
